About the project

The scope of our involvement with student residences has been diverse in nature and scale but is invariably focused upon the enhancement of the student experience. Having responded to the changing needs of modern students, we have created flexible spaces that support study and social functions.

We have completed a number of projects that meet the need for additional communal spaces within student residences. For instance, the reconfiguration of Lancaster University’s Chancellor’s Wharf not only involved the development of existing kitchens, it also included the addition of common rooms, soft seating areas, and a games room to promote greater student interaction and collaboration.

To foster a greater sense of community, we have incorporated green spaces within several of our schemes so that students can meet and relax. The introduction of a new garden terrace and cycle parking areas at William Goodenough College London contributes to the creation of a university environment that encourages a student’s social experience as well as their study.

These are just a number of ways in which we have delivered high quality and engaging university accommodation that supports a student’s personal and academic development.
