About the project
Working Closely with the university and key stakeholders through a detailed consultation process to respond to the differing needs and requirements of each faculty department.
The project involved the provision of academic offices, teaching and learning spaces within the building, as well as upgrading the building to meet current standards.
The phasing of the project accommodated the removal of asbestos from plant rooms, enabling the client use of the ground floor for hosting graduation ceremonies, the refurbishment of the bar in time for the new term, and the completion of the top floor residences with access to suit letting periods.
