Brattle Group, office relocation & fit out
High Spec Lawyer’s Office
The Brattle Group is a global team of economic and financial consultants. As their London presence expanded, they outgrew their existing premises and sought a larger, more social, and more energising workspace in the heart of the City. Wilson Mason was selected to guide them through this transition, supported in part by our successful work with King’s College London and the strong reference that followed.

About the project
The project centred on relocating The Brattle Group headquarters, from their Holborn offices to a larger, more dynamic workspace on Queen Street in the City. A defining attraction of the new premises was the sweeping panoramic views across London, capturing many of the capital’s most recognisable landmarks.
Wilson Mason transformed the existing Category A office into a fully bespoke Category B fit‑out, creating staff facilities with a lively, contemporary feel. While visual and acoustic privacy were essential, maintaining transparency across the floorplate was equally important. The space planning supports future growth, allowing the business to expand its team with ease.
A consistent aesthetic and operational approach was also critical, aligning the new London office with The Brattle Group’s locations in the US, UK, Spain, and Italy. Close collaboration with the organisation’s Head of IT and AV ensured that all technical requirements met UK standards while delivering seamless global connectivity. Given the central role of video conferencing in the company’s operations, the design and detailing of these facilities were handled with particular rigour.
Wilson Mason delivered several key benefits beyond the core scope, including:
- Dedicated Partner‑level involvement, as specifically requested by the client
- Comprehensive research into furniture requirements, including a challenge to conventional desk configurations, resulting in more efficient layouts that support collaboration and team working
“Everyone tells me how much they enjoy the new office. We are much more social as a group compared to our previous office as the breakout and dining areas designed by Wilson Mason are so vibrant and inviting. One of my colleagues told me that walking into the kitchen is like walking into summer!” Pinar Bagci, Partner, The Brattle Group.
